My Work

Examples of my work across design, deployment, and field support.

Some details are simplified or omitted due to confidentiality.

2026

  • Rack integrated Energy valve module
Built an L11 module that handles flow control, filtration, and leak response at the rack level. Serviceability was not sacrificed and compatibility with RDHXs, whips, and other rack infrastructure was not compromised. This reduces L12 work and helps accelerate deployments.
  • Integration site infrastructure
Designed the fluid connections and test infrastructure used to integrate and validate racks before shipment. This supports 10,000+ racks per year and reduces onsite commissioning work. Recent work has focused on higher flow rates and tighter thermal margins in Nvidia VR200 racks
  • Customer deployment Engineering lead
Worked as an engineering lead during onsite deployment in Mississippi, commissioning fluid networks across 3,000+ liquid cooled GPU racks. Tuned flow performance and managed filtration to maintain fluid quality during bring-up.

2025

  • NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 Custom manifolds
Redesigned Nvidia rack-level manifolds to better match thermal requirements while simplifying the overall structure. Updated mounting to improve strength, reduce part count, and streamline integration. Introduced cleaner fluid connectivity and added sensing for telemetry and diagnostics. The design also adds support for in-rack CDU configurations with rear door heat exchangers.
  • Automated isolation valves
Developed a rack-level leak response system that isolates a failed rack without impacting the rest of the row. When a leak is detected, actuated valves close on the supply side, with a check valve on the return to contain the event. The system is built as modular hardware with dry-break connections, allowing it to be deployed and serviced across different rack and facility configurations at either L11 or L12.
  • Deployment engineer, secondary fluid networks
Worked on bring-up of 100+ rack secondary fluid networks for a 1.2 GW datacenter. Focused on flushing, contamination diagnosis, and commissioning glycol loops.
  • Deployment flush procedure with diagnostic filtration modules
Developed a flushing procedure for row-level CDU deployments, incorporating custom dry-break filter modules to diagnose contamination and validate fluid quality during commissioning.
  • In rack CDU infrastructure
Defined requirements for in-rack CDUs, based on constraints from surrounding rack infrastructure including power whips, hose routing, and DLC busbars. Designed hose configurations for primary and secondary fluid network connections.
  • SC25 Conference
Built a demo IR7000 rack and served as a point of contact to showcase eRDHx, in-rack CDU, and NVL4 platform capabilities.
