Rack integrated Energy valve module
Built an L11 module that handles flow control, filtration, and leak response at the rack level. Serviceability was not sacrificed and compatibility with RDHXs, whips, and other rack infrastructure was not compromised. This reduces L12 work and helps accelerate deployments. -
Integration site infrastructure
Designed the fluid connections and test infrastructure used to integrate and validate racks before shipment. This supports 10,000+ racks per year and reduces onsite commissioning work. Recent work has focused on higher flow rates and tighter thermal margins in Nvidia VR200 racks -
Customer deployment Engineering lead
Worked as an engineering lead during onsite deployment in Mississippi, commissioning fluid networks across 3,000+ liquid cooled GPU racks. Tuned flow performance and managed filtration to maintain fluid quality during bring-up.
